Remember I did a post on Carven's Spring/Summer 2011 line a few months ago? (look at it HERE) Well, Blake Lively is wearing one of Carven's designs at WonderCon 2011 with red Christian Louboutin shoes. She wouldn't be Blake Lively if she wasn't wearing Louboutins!
