I had the great opportunity to meet designer Carmen Marc Valvo two nights ago. It was a very enjoyable event. It started with a cocktail party with champagne and wine, an array of hors d'oeuvre, and the man behind the making of the sexy gowns, Carmen Marc Valvo himself. The actual show started an hour later. Neiman Marcus and the Colon Cancer Alliance did a great job setting up the show. The music was splendid, the gifts were a pleasant surprise, and the whole atmosphere was of joy. After the reveal of his Spring/Summer 2011 line, Carmen Marc Valvo took time to sign his latest book: Dressed to Perfection: The Art of Dressing for Your Red Carpet Moments.
